We process your personal data exclusively in accordance with the applicable legislation. We pay particular attention to the security of your personal data and make every effort to ensure that unauthorised persons cannot gain access to it. We provide you with the opportunity to request information about the data stored about you and to have your data deleted upon request in accordance with the statutory requirements.

The data controller processes personal data on the basis of your voluntary consent. The purpose of the processing is to send newsletters, for which your name and e-mail address are used. Providing the data is voluntary; however, without providing it, you will not be able to receive newsletters.

Personal data are processed until consent is withdrawn, that is, until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

The data controller may also use external service providers for the processing of personal data. Such service providers qualify as data processors and act exclusively on the instructions of the data controller. In particular, such a data processor is the hosting service provider, which ensures the technical operation of the website and the security of the stored data. The data controller indicates the details of the data processors in accordance with the actual implementation of the processing. If the data controller does not use any additional data processor or no data transfer takes place, the data controller shall indicate this separately.

Personal data are generally stored on servers located within the European Union. If personal data were to be transferred outside the European Union, the data controller shall in all cases ensure the appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR, in particular by applying the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

To ensure the security of personal data, the data controller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures, including the use of encrypted data connections (HTTPS), access restrictions, a password-protected administrative environment, regular backups and firewalls.

No automated decision-making or profiling takes place during the processing.

In connection with the processing, you have the right to information, the right of access to personal data concerning you, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object.
